Overview
In this nine-part course, you’ll learn how to customize every aspect of your Word for Office 365 application, from interface and language to interactions and save options. First, you’ll learn how to manage security preferences, connected services, and application updates on your account page. Then you’ll discover add-ons, extensions that can be installed to increase productivity, and how to install, delete, and disable them. Next, we’ll look at some of Word’s advanced options for customizing Word application interactions, such as the mini-taskbar and instant previews, to increase the speed of application processing. If you work with multiple languages and want to switch between them, you’ll be able to learn how to access and update language settings in Word. Then you will learn how to adjust the print options to print a document in Draft Format, adjust the scaling settings, and print a two-sided document. At the end, you will learn more about the Office ribbon, the most important element in Word, which contains all the functions needed to create a document.
