Word 365 – Document sharing and collaboration in a document

Overview

Students will learn how Word Office for Office 365 users can collaborate on a ten-part document in this course. You’ll learn how to use the email feature in Word, which automatically creates a new email with your attached document. You’ll also learn how to directly access OneDrive, Microsoft’s cloud service that allows you to save a document online. Here’s how to use links to send and share documents, and how to set permissions for who can access that document. This course covers the Word comment feature for communicating with other users working on the same document, and the change monitoring feature, which allows you to highlight, rate, and accept or reject text. Next, you’ll learn how to use Word Drawing features to add artwork to your document, and you’ll learn how to use Word features to compare two versions of a document, combine them, and decide how changes are integrated.
