That’s why developing emotional intelligence is so important in protecting your professional reputation. In this course, you will learn how to manage your emotional intelligence, or EQ, to manage difficult situations more effectively. You will explore the science behind emotion, self-management techniques, and recovery methods. You will also learn various strategies for developing emotional intelligence, such as taking on your own emotions, emotional self-awareness, and identifying emotions.
