Overview
Organizational and interpersonal dynamics, along with tense situations, can sometimes cause unprofessional behavior in others. The way you react to their behavior can have a lasting effect on your future relationship. However, by developing your emotional intelligence, or emotional IQ, you can make sure that you can understand and confirm other people’s emotions and maintain a strong relationship with them. In this course, you will learn how to recognize emotional awareness, listen, and empathize with others by developing emotional intelligence, also known as EQ. You will also learn how to apply organizational awareness and empathy to develop your relationships at work.
