Overview

Developing emotional intelligence in your organization is a key factor in ensuring that these relationships are effective. This statement is especially true of leaders, who need to set an example in group behavior. In this course, you will learn how the development of emotional intelligence, or EQ, can improve team or group interactions. You will also explore the role of emotional intelligence in workplace activities, managing conflict and stress, and the influence and involvement of employees.
