Using contacts in Outlook 2010

Overview

By giving your contacts time in Outlook 2010, you can avoid the need to type email addresses every time you send a message, assign a task, or send meeting requests. You can arrange your contacts by creating contact groups that allow you to send an email to multiple contacts at once by typing only the group name.

This course covers several ways in which contacts can be created, as well as how to edit existing contacts and import and export contacts between Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Google Gmail.
