Outlook 365 – Calendar functions

Overview

Keep track of events, appointments, and appointments in Outlook for Office 365 with your calendar. In this course, which contains 15 videos, students will learn how to set up a calendar; to create and organize events and meetings; add, import and export calendars; and work with activities. Get started with familiarizing yourself with calendar features, and then learn how to create a standalone and recurring event. Learn how to set up a meeting, for which you can send invitations to potential attendees via email in Outlook with your proposal and schedule. Then move on to managing appointments and creating events from emails. Learn how to add a new calendar; import and export calendars and manage multiple calendars. Explore how to print and save in pdf files and set up your calendar. Create a task using the To-Do list in Outlook, then assign and organize tasks. At the end of the course, learn to customize your activities.
