Overview

There are plenty of design and template tools available in Outlook that you can use to customize the look of your emails and make sure everything is the way you want it. In this course, which contains ten videos, you’ll learn how to edit your email theme and background, add and manage signatures, and use templates to write faster. Get started by exploring Outlook themes, which allow you to control font styles, color sets, and effects. Then learn how to customize your email background by adding colors, textures, or images. Learn how to use email templates to compose emails faster and create an email template. Use the Tap tool to insert content from other documents stored in OneDrive and SharePoint into your email, and insert Quick Parts items, which are parts of content that can be inserted quickly. Also learn how to insert icons, equations, and 3D models. Create a signature to attach certain information to the end of each message you send, and learn how to handle multiple signatures.
