With Outlook 2010, it’s easier than ever to keep track of your friends and colleagues, and to communicate with them using a variety of methods. With the growing popularity of social networking sites, Outlook 2010 now includes the ability to keep track of your friends’ updates from within Outlook.

This course covers the Outlook Social Connector and how to set up Outlook to connect to social networking sites. It also discusses how to set up and use both instant messaging and text messaging.
