Overview

The ability to handle data easily is probably the biggest advantage of using productivity applications, such as Excel 2010. For example, if you need to copy the same data multiple times or move large volumes of data from one place in another worksheet or between workbooks, you can see that this is much easier to do through a software application than using a pen and paper. For example, Excel 2010 features, such as Live Preview, let you see what your data will look like before copying it, even if it’s copied between Office applications, and the Paste Special option lets you copy it. allows you to further define how your data is copied or moved.
