GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This course includes e-Learning with audio description (EN)+ 1/2 day discussion with trainer (RO/EN)
Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). PFMEA is structured methodology used throughout the product lifecycle that helps define, identify, prioritize, and eliminate potential and/or known failure modes of the product and/or process before they reach the customer.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of this FMEA process course, participants will be able to :
- Understand and know how to apply the 7-step methodology of the process FMEA, according to the first edition of the AIAG & VDA manual
- Know the roles and responsibilities within an FMEA process team
- Understand and know how to prioritize risk reduction actions according to the “AP – Action Priority” index
- Understand the relationship between process FMEA and other tools – Product FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and 8D
- Use the results of a process FMEA to trigger a continuous improvement

- Internal System Auditors (IATF 16949) and process auditors

PREREQUISITE
- Technical knowledge about the processes in the organization and/or those in the hands of the participants
- The basics of IATF 16949 would be beneficial
