GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Maturity Level Assurance for New Parts (MLA). MLA  help to improve the quality of new product launches, deliveries and products in use by harmonizing content and operations in the supply chain.

OBJECTIVES

At the end of this MLA course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the concept of “ensuring the level of maturity for new parts – MLA” and its benefits

• Understand how to assess the level of risk of the products developed

• Understand how to assess the measurement criteria for each of the eight maturity levels (ML0-ML7)

• Understand the purpose of changes made in the product development process
