Overview
When managing conflicts, you need to be able to understand and adapt to the situation. Conflict management is an essential skill in the workplace, especially when it comes to team conflicts that could threaten organizational goals or employee well-being. In this course, you will learn about different styles of conflict management and how fast and proper conflict management can be beneficial to the people involved and the organization in general. You will explore different approaches to conflict resolution, when to use them and when to adapt your style. You will also learn about resolving conflicts with difficult people.
