GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This course includes e-Learning with audio description (EN)+ 1/2 day discussion with trainer (RO/EN)

Control Plan (CP). The purpose of the Control Plan is to ensure that the result of the process is consistent in accordance with the customer’s requirements ALL THE TIME!

OBJECTIVES 

At the end of this Control Plan course, participants will be able to :

• Understand the intent of a control plan

• Understand the evolution of control plans throughout the life cycle of a product

• Describes the key components of a control plan

• Understands the correlation between the process of carrying out control plans and the phases of APQP

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Management representatives

• Representatives of the departments: Technical, Quality, Production, Logistics, Maintenance, etc.

• All persons involved in the preparation of control plans

• Internal System Auditors (IATF 16949) and process and product auditors

• Second-party auditors

• Anyone interested in knowing the control plan

PREREQUISITE

• Not required, although knowledge of the requirements of IATF 16949 would be beneficial

• The 3 types of control plans

• Development of a control plan – Input data; Special characteristics; Data collection and interpretation; Stable and capable processes

• Fill out a control plan form

• Header – Information about the landmark; Multidisciplinary team; Approvals and revisions

• Preliminary information – Link to the flow diagram of the process; Identification of production equipment

• Characteristics and technique of evaluation of measurements – Identification: product and process characteristics; special characteristics; specifications and tolerances for characteristics

• Sampling – Sampling size and frequency; Risks

• Control method – Development of the control method according to the type of characteristics and customer requirements

• Reaction plan – Establishment of reaction procedures

• Evaluation of the control plan
