Outlook 365 – Email formatting

Overview 

There are many formatting techniques that can be applied to Outlook Office 365 e-mails. This 11-video course helps students learn how to format text, how to use lists, how to work with colors, and how to and manage styles and stylesets. Start by learning how to format your text using the options available in Outlook. Then explore how to add colors and text effects to enhance your emails, and use custom colors with the Advanced Colors tool. Learn how to format email text with Alignment and Capitalization tools. they improve the structure of the email and make it clear and easy to read. Check the appearance of the text using the Line and Paragraph spacing tools; Insert special characters or symbols and explore the various text styles available in the style gallery. Learn to create your own style of text; create a set of styles and numbered and numbered lists. At the end of the course, learn to customize the lists.
