Saving, sending and printing Excel 2010 workbooks

Overview

Excel 2010 makes it easy for you to save, print, and share workbooks and spreadsheets. When creating an Excel workbook, you’ll most likely want to save it and often print it to keep a hard copy or give to someone else. New features in Excel 2010 also allow you to easily collaborate with others through the Sharing option in the Backstage view. Conveniently, all of these options – save, print, and share – are grouped in the File tab. The course describes these Excel features and explains how you can use them to increase your efficiency and productivity.
