Excel 365 – Find and group data

Overview

Students can explore different ways to locate, display, and edit data in Excel for Office 365 in this 8-clip course. First, you’ll learn how to use the name box in the Go To and Find tools to search your data. Then you’ll learn how to customize the Find tool for clearer searches. You will learn to use the Selection tools to find and select objects that have been inserted into your worksheet. This course shows you how to use the Selection panel to view multiple objects. Students will learn how to use the Replace tool to replace certain items and how to create a search, how to customize override parameters, and how to override cell formatting. You’ll learn how to use the Find & Replace tool, how to use the Freeze panel to check data without opening multiple panels, how to create your own Freeze panels, and how to use Split view. Finally, you will learn how to group rows and columns in Excel to summarize data.
