Overview
Anyone in charge of managing teams will tell you that team dynamics matter a lot in the work environment. Developing effective project teams is one of the most important aspects of team leadership. In this course, you will learn how to develop a team culture from the beginning, establishing the skills of team members and making efforts to improve team dynamics. You will also learn certain methods used to encourage team participation and motivation and to develop teamwork and team engagement. Finally, you will learn about the importance of evaluating and improving team results.
