When top valued performers decide to leave the company by choosing more interesting jobs from other companies, this can be a consequence of poor performance management. Early identification of a performance problem and its correct diagnosis are essential for effective performance management. You need to involve your employees in what could be difficult conversations to find out the root causes and come up with the best possible solutions. In this course, you will learn how to detect, identify, and solve problems in the workplace, determine their purpose, frequency, and impact, and diagnose the underlying causes – both external and internal – to find the best solution and avoid termination of the employment contract of a valuable employee.
