Overview

As a manager, it can be daunting to find yourself leading a diverse group of different age groups, backgrounds, and experiences. It is inevitable that you will encounter difficulties. Effective conflict management, whether it’s a team conflict or difficult employee behavior, is critical to productivity and requires the development of conflict management skills. This course covers techniques and processes for resolving conflicts. You will learn conflict resolution methods when dealing with the difficult behavior of an employee. You will also learn how to manage conflicts within the team effectively and how to understand and address conflicts in the workplace as a whole.
