Overview
The way teams are built is an important factor in the success of a project. Effective team management requires strong team-level leadership that clearly indicates your goals and standards of conduct. In this course, you will learn the five stages of team development and the strategies for selecting high-performing team members that are best suited for collaboration. You will also learn the basics of successful team management, including how to set team goals, assign roles to teamworkers, and define specific guidelines to minimize conflict and optimize teamwork by appropriate behavior of team members.
