Overview
Successful teams are characterized by clear direction, trust between team members, effective communication and a clear process of managing conflicts within the team. The survival of a team depends on the ability of its leader to quickly recognize conflicts within the team, discover their causes, and implement conflict resolution strategies. In this course, you will learn about the causes of conflict within a team and the role of healthy communication in managing conflict. You will discover the approaches proposed by good practices in conflict management. You will also explore the basics of key negotiation in conflict management. Finally, you will become familiar with the guidelines for resolving conflicts that address a particular type of conflict: a lack of trust.
