Overview

For successful team management, you need to make sure that team members can communicate with you and each other and that they will truly collaborate as a team. This requires free communication channels for both on-site and virtual teams. In this course, you will learn how to demonstrate that you know how to lead a team by encouraging effective communication and overcoming communication problems. You will explore strategies to encourage team collaboration. Finally, you will learn what tools and technologies are generally used for virtual teamwork and some key considerations for formulating guidelines for virtual communication.
