Overview
As a manager, you will perform many different functions, facing a variety of people. Because you will encounter many personalities, emotions, and practices, it is important to learn how to be correct and caring when leading others. In this course, you will explore the many facets of how to treat others correctly, including how to apply standards correctly. You will also learn how to be fair in communication, decision-making, and personal skills, such as listening, sharing, and caring for your immediate subordinates.
