Overview

There is a whole science behind communication, including how we react neuro-physiologically to others, to their actions, words, tone, and body language. You can acquire interpersonal skills so that your communication intentions are clear and understandable. There is also an art of communication, which allows the true self to emerge and which makes communication with another person natural. Interpersonal communication is complicated: it is more than just a conversation. There is also what you think and say, as well as what the audience thinks and says. This course will teach you the art and science of communication, showing you how to connect with your audience and how to improve and strengthen that connection during communication.
