Overview
Each member of a team has certain strengths. For teams to function to their full potential, these strengths must be recognized, reflected in the roles and responsibilities assigned to team members, and directed toward achieving appropriate goals. In this course, you will learn team building and management techniques, including how to set effective team goals, identify roles, assess team members’ competencies, and assign roles to them based on those competencies. You will also learn how to give and receive feedback (feedback effectively to improve teamwork so that your team leadership qualities and collaboration between your team members are strengthened.
