Understanding one’s own subjectivity, conscious or subconscious, is essential. In this course you will learn about the characteristics of subconscious subjectivity and the nature of hidden prejudice. You will discover how they can affect your thinking and decision-making process. And you will learn about the positive things that can happen when you have an anti-subjectivity approach to people and situations at work.
