Diversity and inclusion in the workplace are a must for businesses and people. Regardless of your role or the size of your organization, everyone can play an active role in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. The future development of the business and its success depend on addressing inclusion and eliminating bias and discrimination in the workplace. However, for many organizations, building cultural and business practices that address diversity in the workplace may seem complicated. Apart from hiring diverse talents, what else can we do? This course guides you towards diversity, equity and inclusion and shows you how to advance meaningful and impactful practices for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. In this course, you will learn to recognize important features of DEI and practices for developing and maintaining a healthy DEI culture. You will learn and identify behaviors that signal an obstacle to achieving an inclusive culture, the key elements that allow roots, equity, inclusion, and belonging to take root, and steps to demonstrate agility and resilience in your DEI journey.
