Overview
Innovation is a critical component of every organization. Developing and supporting an innovative culture is a responsibility for leaders and employees within organizational hierarchies. In this course, you will learn about business innovation cultures and types of innovation leadership. You will also learn about the importance of commitment on innovation issues, including experimentation, risk management and project implementation. At the end of the day, you’ll learn how to attract and encourage innovation in your organization.
