Overview
Ensuring a diverse, friendly and productive organization means overcoming subjectivity. No matter who you are, you are susceptible to subconscious subjectivity. To be part of a diverse and complex job, you need to follow certain steps to overcome your subjectivity. In this course, you will learn to recognize how superficial differences can contribute to subjectivity and lead to prejudice and social stereotypes. You will learn specific tactics to combat subconscious subjectivity and take an anti-subjectivity approach. You will also learn how to be an inclusive leader by using these tactics to overcome explicit and implicit subjectivity within the organization and in the hiring process.
