Overview

In an ideal world, everyday UK tasks – such as recruitment, talent management and succession planning – are defined and aligned with the organisation’s goals. This is an aspect of transformational human resources or transformational HR that will help optimize talent. In this course, you will learn about variables and characteristics that influence individual behavior, attitude and perception at work, and how they affect performance. The course also demonstrates how you can improve the attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors of individual employees to align with organizational goals.

• Recognize how biographical characteristics and skills affect a person’s performance within an organization. with the estimated performance of a person in an organization

• Determining the factors that determine a person’s perceptions at work

• Recognizing ways to improve a person’s perceptions in an organization

• Determining the factors that influence a person’s attitude toward professional activities

• Identifying actions appropriate steps to be taken to improve a person’s attitude towards professional activities
