Overview

Creating and maintaining a skilled workforce is the main responsibility of the UK department. This course introduces workforce planning and global labor market issues. You will learn how the job description can be used to determine organizational employment needs. The content of this course is based on the Competence and Knowledge Corps (BoCK), 2015 of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
