Overview
Each of us is a member of a society that is often divided into groups and tribes. Although this is common to most companies, it can have detrimental effects in the workplace, interfering with productivity and organizational success. We all have subjectivity, conscious or subconscious. Part of understanding the role of subconscious subjectivity in the workplace is admitting to yourself that you are also subjective. Once you have accepted this, you can take an anti-subjectivity approach to overcoming subconscious prejudice. In this course, you will learn how to recognize your own subconscious and implicit subjectivity and how they may be susceptible to social stereotypes.
