Overview
Agile projects use professional iterations and incremental product development that focus on business priorities and customer value. In this course, you will learn the basics of Agile, including the 8 Agile values and the 12 Agile principles. This course covers the five phases of the Agile project management model and introduces you to the most common Agile methodologies and frameworks. Finally, this course introduces you to the core business of managing an Agile project, including creating a product vision and product book and the best types of contracts and documents.
