Overview
Solving situations with a high level of pressure is a different experience for each person. You won’t always be able to control external events that lead to pressure, but you can control your reaction, develop a solution, and implement it. In this course, you will learn about the triggers of stress and how stress can affect you physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will explore the mechanisms of managing pressure and stress in the workplace in order to optimize performance. You will also learn how to manage the pressure of people who have different work styles, and eventually you will learn how to work with stressed colleagues.
