Overview

As a project manager, once the scope of the project has been clearly defined, it is time to estimate and plan. Based on the information from the start-up phase, you should now determine how much time and money will be required to complete the objectives and complete the project. In this course, you will learn how to develop the project schedule and baselines for the project budget and use them to monitor and measure performance throughout the project.
