Scrum Initiative Master – Team Scrum Methodology

Overview

This course examines the concepts related to the role of the Scrum Master, his responsibilities and his interactions with the team. In this 12-video course, students will study the pillars and values of Scrum, the relationship between Scrum and Agile development, the roles of Scrum Master versus the roles of Product Owner and servile leader.

First, we will look at the three pillars of Scrum: transparency, inspection, and adaptation; and the five values of Scrum: commitment, openness, courage, respect and concentration. You will learn about the Scrum Master, the development team and the Product Owner, as well as their roles in the daily Scrum meeting. You’ll learn about Scrum artifacts and tools, how to use the Sprint Backlog, and the role of Product Owner in delivery. You will learn that the goals of the current Sprint, also known as the Sprint Backlog, are taken directly from the top of the Product Backlog.

Finally, you will witness an in-depth analysis of the role of the Scrum Master, which includes the use of tools and techniques, facilitating meetings and preparing the team for problem solving and conflict resolution.
