Agile Organizations – Developing an Agile Culture

Overview

To be effective, the Agile method must become part of the organization and corporate culture. During this course, you will learn how to create an Agile culture in your organization. First, you’ll look at the difficulties an organization can face when it comes to becoming an Agile organization. You will then learn how to implement an Agile management framework that will show the organization the best practices for building an Agile team, training the team, and creating an Agile culture. At the end, you will explore the resolution of conflicts through the Agile method, the path to Agile maturity and efficient Agile management.
