Overview
Implementing the final steps to complete a project Managing projects is difficult, and even with the right budget and schedule, things can go wrong. The truth is that it is often difficult to complete a project; most projects deviate along the way. In this course, you’ll learn some tricks for correcting program deviations and how to determine if your project has an over-budget or under-budget. You will also learn how to successfully close a healthy project and how to figure out if your project should be canceled.
