Overview
If you want to learn the basics of what it means to lead a project – without technical jargon – this course is for you. You will learn some basic concepts, such as what a project is, and the aspects for which you will be responsible, as well as the things you will need to understand before you start planning. You will also learn where to go to access useful information and how to identify the different types of people who will be interested in the project – stakeholders.
