Overview
Appropriate estimation and prioritization of project requirements is critical to the success of Agile project planning. You need to be able to chart the activities required to launch your product. In this course, you’ll learn about critical Agile planning activities, including creating profiles and using wireframes. This course also covers the most common Agile estimation techniques such as story points, Delphi wideband, and affinity estimation.
