Project monitoring, management and distribution in Project 2016

Overview

There are many factors that can affect the success of a project. With Project 2016, you can identify risks, analyze risks, and prepare steps to eliminate risks during monitoring. For example, the Gantt Tracking view will show the bars of essential and non-essential tasks, and the Task Inspector, along with the highlighting function, allows for timeline corrections.
