Project management is difficult and things often go wrong. The path to closing a project is seldom straightforward. Successful closure of projects is the result of efficient management processes. PRINCE2 is a process-based methodology to enable best practices in project management. This course covers the PRINCE2® processes for the control, management and closure of project works. This is one of a series of courses covering the objectives for the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (update 2017)
