PowerPoint 365 – Sharing and collaborating in a presentation

Overview In this eight-part course, you’ll explore options for sharing a PowerPoint presentation for Office 365 – via email, OneDrive, and SharePoint – and see how you can access OneDrive files directly from PowerPoint. You’ll learn how to use PowerPoint’s built-in email feature to create new emails. Students will learn how to save and share documents through OneDrive, Microsoft’s online storage. You’ll learn how to create and send an email-sharing link to other contributors. You’ll learn how to access and edit your sharing permissions for each location, and how to set, modify, or edit permissions on a shared link. Next, you’ll explore the Task Pane, where you can view changes and actions in a document, and see how to manage a document’s version history and how to restore an earlier version. You’ll learn how to use PowerPoint to collaborate with other people in real time and see who makes changes to your document. At the end, students will see how they can share their video presentations on PowerPoint and Microsoft Stream.
