Notes in OneNote for Windows 10 can be shared and edited by others on your team or in other applications. Learn how to share all parts of a notebook, how to make them accessible, and how to monitor users who add changes to your notes or notebooks in this seven-part course. Start by learning how to create links to notebooks that you can share. You’ll learn how to manage links, how to change sharing permissions, and how to manage links created by editing or revoking a link or direct access to the document. If you prefer not to share an entire notebook, you can learn how to send a copy or link to a page or even a section or part of a notebook. Next, you’ll learn how to monitor changes and their authors, which is absolutely important. You’ll also learn how to access notebooks through the OneDrive app and how to create and manage passwords for your sections to secure your notes. The course will end with a description of the methods of checking and correcting accessibility errors.
