OneDrive 2020 – Using storage features

Overview

One of the main benefits of OneDrive for Business is the use of files online. In this eight-part course, learners will learn how to create and edit new files, how to share files, and how to communicate with the OneDrive team. When you work with documents with multiple people, multiple versions will be created, which can be easily viewed and restored in OneDrive. To get started, learn how to create, edit, and delete documents, open and edit documents, import files and folders into OneDrive, and download documents in the OneDrive storage space on your computer. Here’s how to sync documents to OneDrive files online and offline. Learn how to share documents. Documents uploaded to the OneDrive storage are automatically private, but can be shared with colleagues on the same organizational network. The course ends with a demonstration of sending emails to other users, accessing files sent by them and to them, and managing document versions.
