Overview
Risk is an unavoidable aspect of any business. As a manager, it is important to mitigate or avoid the potential impact of a risk to ensure the long-term survival of your organization. This course focuses on the first step in risk management – identifying risks in your organization. You will explore the differences between internal and external risks and how risks can actually bring strategic opportunities. You will also learn how to use certain techniques that will help you identify risks and calculate their likelihood, including identifying the root cause, the Delphi technique, and brainstorming.
