Overview
In business, one of the oldest communication tools is still the most important – the telephone. However, although it is so common and widespread, many people lack the communication skills needed to make a positive impression when using the phone. In this course, you’ll learn some basic etiquette rules that will help you improve your phone skills and maintain the professional nature of business phone calls. You will explore general best practices and how to make and receive calls professionally. You will also learn some good practices for using a smartphone and how to record and leave effective messages in voicemail.
