Overview

Risk is a normal fact for companies and that will never change. But before you can begin managing your risks, you need to be able to assess a risk – as well as its likelihood – in order to create a strategic plan that will help you avoid or mitigate its negative impact. In this course, you will learn some common risk assessment techniques, including assessing opportunities and threats using AMDE – analyzing failure patterns and their effects.
